The highlight of Bamboo Asian Cuisine is undeniably its sushi. As many customers have noted, the rolls are not only creative and unique but are also made using the freshest fish possible. Delicious food and huge portions! The fish used in the sushi, is so fresh, that it's obvious the moment you bite into it. The wait staff isn't overly friendly, but attentive. Highly recommend

Delicious food, excellent service, and nice setting. We particularly enjoyed the sushi, shrimp dumplings, sautéed long beans (string beans), and fried bananas (dessert). I was expecting a more basic ambiance and sub-par service and was pleasantly surprised.

I eat at Bamboo three times a month. The staff is always friendly and they know my name which is very nice. The food has always been really great. The rolls are delicious very large if you like them large. Sushi is always very fresh. Also I have tried many things on the menu all very good. I am not local but still manage to come here as often as I can. As a matter of fact I am heading there right now. Food is very expensive now and I think supporting family owned good places is important otherwise we just have junky and expensive fast food

Food comes out always fresh and delicious! I've never eaten in, but our family grabs takeout from here often and the food is usually ready within 15-20 minutes. 100% recommended.

This venue is a great local Thai restaurant and at one time was my favorite. It is more Asian Fusion than Thai actually but the food is excellent. There are some new Thai restaurants in the Lehigh Valley that I prefer now over Bamboo but that's just me. Highly recommended!

Day after Christmas we got sushi for take-out after seeing several glowing reviews on the local food facebook group. I got two special rolls (Dynamite and Caterpillar) and my wife got a salmon roll and Bikini Bottom roll. Overall the favors were very good and the fish was notably fresh -- they host a wide variety of rolls, with unique and surprising combinations. Only minor complaint was that a couple of the rolls were relatively loose and fell apart when picking up, which I suspect is due to the very busy sushi chefs, as the place was crowded for a Tuesday. I would go here again if I was really craving one of the rolls I got; however, I will note that it was pricier ($3-5 more per roll) than other closer alternatives and I had to drive about 15 minutes to and from.

Bamboo is my favorite place to go for sushi! The rolls they have there are so unique and different than you can find anywhere else. It is worth a stop whether dining in or taking out to try some of the rolls you can't find anywhere else like the peanut avocado roll or walnut avocado roll. The restaurant is a fusion restaurant and while my go-to there is sushi, the other items on the menu are just as flavorful--especially their eggplant and fried rices. The restaurant looks small on the outside but there is plenty of seating inside. Depending on when you go the restaurant may be crowded but the servers are great and make sure everyone has what they need and the food is served in a timely manner.
